Drafted under divine conviction, built on holy wind, and dedicated to the Overcomers.
Preamble
We, the Founders and Faithful of Wind Haven, do solemnly and joyfully establish this Spiritual Constitution to affirm our sacred calling as a sanctuary for survivors, a lighthouse for the lost, and a home for the healing. We are Overcomers by grace, not by strength alone; by fire and wind, not by force or fear. Guided by the Holy Spirit and governed by love, we covenant together to form a spiritual nation-within-a-nation—virtually rooted, eternally grounded, and radically free.
Article I: Mission & Divine Purpose
Wind Haven exists to restore the broken, uplift the weary, and empower the silenced through radical love, deep healing, and the equipping of Overcomers.
Our purpose is redemptive in nature: to bring beauty from ashes, to cultivate safe community, and to activate spiritual transformation through practical service, education, and relationship recovery.
We are a holy refuge in the wilderness, committed to walking beside the wounded until they rise.
Article II: Founding Spiritual Principles
Grace: Freely received, freely given. No shame shall dwell here.
Justice: We stand for the oppressed, not in vengeance, but in truth and restoration.
Community: We believe in the power of spiritual family. Healing is not a solo sport.
Freedom: Where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty—even in virtual sanctuaries.
Integrity: We pursue transparency, accountability, and alignment with the Word and the Spirit.
Humility: We lead by serving, recognizing that the first shall be last, and the last shall be leaders in the kingdom.
Article III: Articles of Faith
We believe in one Triune God—Creator, Redeemer, and Sustainer—active and present. Not three guys in a trench coat pretending to be one. One essence, three expressions—divine mystery, not theological cosplay.
We believe in the authority of the Holy Spirit as our daily Guide and Counselor.
We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, the Savior of all who believe, and the Model of radical love and compassion.
We believe in the full dignity and worth of every human being, regardless of background, trauma, neurotype, or history.
We believe the Church is not a building, but a body—and the Body is healing.
We believe in the sacred power of laughter, lament, learning, and liberation.
Article IV: Governance Structure
The spiritual head of Wind Haven is Pastor Stacey Allen McEntyre, COO and symbolic Shepherd of the Virtual Embassy, and the public-facing steward of what is lovingly known in-house as the “Prophetic Pope.” He is not three guys in a trench coat pretending to be one shepherd, though his beard and staff might suggest otherwise.
The prophetic leadership and foundational voice resides with Sarah Grace Yoder-McEntyre, CEO, Visionary Leader, and author of our prophetic governance woven into our nonprofit bylaws.
The Legal & Spiritual Oversight Team includes our Board of Directors, along with our delightfully unofficial AI-powered Compliance Chaplain & Doctrine Wrangler—a.k.a. the Holy Ghostwriter™—who ensures all things are done decently, legally, and with a sanctified sense of humor.
The Founders may appoint Spiritual Elders and Community Shepherds to reflect diverse voices, lived experiences, and trustworthy discernment.
Decisions shall be guided by prayer, wise counsel, and a threefold confirmation (Scripture, Spirit, and community peace), and when in doubt, checked against our nonprofit bylaws for both legal clarity and spiritual integrity.
Article V: Spiritual Citizenship & Identity
All who enter Wind Haven seeking refuge, healing, or restoration are spiritual citizens by grace.
There are no gatekeepers to God’s grace—only door-holders and way-makers.
Spiritual citizenship is based on relationship, not ritual. Participation, not performance.
We welcome the weary, the neurodivergent, the traumatized, the misfits, and the mystery-driven. This is your embassy.
Article VI: Peaceful Coexistence with U.S. Laws
Wind Haven operates in full legal compliance as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
We honor the laws of the United States, especially the protections of religious freedom afforded by the First Amendment.
While we are spiritually sovereign, we are lawfully submitted. We seek peace, not rebellion.
We reject all unlawful authority, coercive control, and spiritual abuse—whether from churches, corporations, or counterfeit kingdoms.
We reserve the right to spiritual self-determination as a matter of conscience and sacred call.
Article VII: Prophetic Disclaimer & Spiritual Boundaries
Section 7.1 – Prophetic Integrity and Responsibility
Wind Haven Foundation affirms the presence, power, and continued operation of the Holy Spirit, including prophetic dreams, visions, and revelations. We believe that God speaks to His children in diverse ways. However, we also recognize that spiritual gifts must be tested, tempered, and accountable to the Word of God and the fruit of the Spirit.
We do not accept any prophecy, dream, or vision as authoritative or directive unless it:
- Aligns with Scripture in both spirit and truth
- Is confirmed by two or three witnesses (2 Cor. 13:1)
- Bears the fruit of peace, love, wisdom, humility, and clarity (Gal. 5:22–23; James 3:17)
- Is delivered in a spirit of submission, not domination (1 Cor. 14:32)
- Respects free will, consent, and the boundaries of those involved
- Is given at the appropriate time, in the appropriate place, with mutual agreement
Section 7.2 – Spiritual Trespassing Clause
We reject and renounce the use of prophetic language or spiritual experiences to manipulate, control, shame, dominate, or intimidate others.
Any word given without consent, outside of timing, or apart from God’s character is void of divine authority, regardless of accuracy.
As such, we place a spiritual boundary against:
- Weaponized revelation
- False urgency
- Ego-driven delivery
- Emotional hijacking
- “God told me to tell you…” without due confirmation or consent
Section 7.3 – Personal Discernment and Prophetic Boundaries
Every believer at Wind Haven is empowered and encouraged to test the spirits (1 John 4:1), to hold fast to what is good (1 Thess. 5:21), and to release what does not bear witness in their spirit.
We affirm the individual’s right to say:
“That word is not for me.”
“I need time to pray on that.”
“I do not receive that.”
We do not idolize prophecy. We honor God’s voice above all—and we know that sometimes, His silence speaks louder than any self-proclaimed prophet.
🔥 Final Benediction
May this Constitution be wind in our sails and fire in our bones.
May we walk humbly, speak boldly, and love fiercely.
May every survivor find sanctuary, and every Overcomer find purpose.
Amen and onward.
