Power Up

Rise, Heal, Repeat: One Root at a Time

At Wind Haven Foundation, we believe healing is like the lotus: it rises from the mud, roots deep, and reaches for the light. You’re meant to rise—stronger, wiser, and more whole than before. Healing isn’t just moving past pain—it’s reforging what was broken into something even stronger.

Holistic Domestic Abuse Recovery

We focus on three foundations: faith to find strength beyond ourselves, heart and mind to heal old wounds, and community to help you trust, connect, and thrive. This isn’t therapy—it’s real talk, real tools, and real transformation, led by people who’ve been there.

Our Overcomer Reforge Method blends faith, wisdom, and practical strategies to help you break old cycles, heal deeply, and rebuild relationships you deserve. Like the lotus, your strength comes from your roots; like metal in the fire, you’re being reshaped—not ruined. You were always meant to rise.

Testimonials

"The Wind Haven Foundation is an incredible resource for anyone navigating domestic abuse and toxic relationships. The relationship recovery center has thoughtfully designed courses and e-books that offer valuable insights and tools for healing. Everything is well-structured, easy to follow, and provides practical steps to support recovery. Lastly, the community available through discord is so supportive and understanding. Furthermore, the staff is truly amazing—dedicated, compassionate, and committed to helping individuals in their healing journeys. Their level of care and support shines through in every aspect of the program, making it feel like a safe and empowering space to learn and grow.I also love their blog! It’s filled with informative articles that offer guidance on setting boundaries, self-care, and navigating difficult relationships. The blog serves as a great resource for continuous learning and support, even outside the courses. If you're looking for a supportive environment with high-quality resources to help you recover and thrive, Wind Haven Foundation is the place to go."
H. W.
Through the Overcomer Reforge program, I experienced a breakthrough I once thought was impossible. After years of struggling with chronic pain, toxic patterns, and unhealthy coping mechanisms, I stepped away on sabbatical to press into stillness and confront some deeply rooted lies. I used the Healing Trinity framework to challenge the belief that “there is no cure,” both spiritually and scientifically. As I tapered off medication under my doctor’s care and leaned into God's truth, my symptoms vanished within a week. Reduced tension, no pain flare-ups—just freedom. I began detoxing not only physically but emotionally and spiritually. Resilience, I’ve learned, isn’t just toughing it out—it’s choosing sacred rest, setting boundaries in love, and allowing God to heal the broken places (Psalm 147:3, NRSV, 1999). The truth is, the world may not have the cure, but I know the Ultimate Healer, and He has the final word (Isaiah 40:31; Matthew 11:28, NRSV, 1999). The Overcomer Reforge isn’t just a program—it’s a refining fire that transforms suffering into strength, and wounds into witnesses.

Help Us Build a Better Tomorrow for Survivors

Marriage Shouldn’t Be a Deadly Condition

Every minute, 24 people in the U.S. experience rape, assault, or stalking—often by someone they should trust. Domestic violence claims over 1,300 lives each year—more than three people every day.

At Wind Haven, we turn crisis into clarity. Survivors need more than escape routes—they need healing, hope, and a clear path forward. Our flagship program, Overcomer Reforge, helps survivors break free from toxic cycles through faith, community, and holistic support.

Healing also requires safety. That’s why Wind Haven is developing a nonprofit housing model, creating stable, safe communities where survivors can rebuild their lives with dignity.

We’ve been there. We know healing isn’t just surviving—it’s rising, rebuilding, and finding strength in God’s light. Your support fuels prevention, advocacy, counseling, and the programs that help survivors nationwide step into safety, stability, and long-term healing.

For anonymous, confidential help, call the National Domestic Violence Hotline at 1-800-799-7233 (SAFE) or 1-800-787-3224 (TTY).
