Wind Haven Foundation

Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: Apri, 2025

Introduction

Welcome to Wind Haven Foundation, operated by Wind Haven Inc. d/b/a Wind Haven Foundation (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our site.

Pricing, Donations, and Product Offerings Terms

All prices listed on our website—whether for memberships, physical merchandise, digital products, or downloadable resources—are fixed donation amounts made to Wind Haven Foundation, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN: [87-1019476]). These offerings are not retail sales, but thank-you gifts provided in recognition of your charitable contribution to support our mission. Your donation helps fund our programs for domestic violence recovery and prevention, including survivor support services, educational resources, and community outreach initiatives. In some cases, products may be affiliate offerings; when applicable, proceeds we receive from those partnerships also directly benefit our charitable work. Donations are non-refundable and may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Please consult your tax advisor regarding the deductibility of your contribution.

Crisis to Clarity Domestic Violence Recovery Membership Terms

  1. Program Overview
The Crisis to Clarity Domestic Violence Recovery membership (“Free Membership”) grants access to recovery resources, courses, and participation in a domestic violence support group. This membership represents Phase 1 of our comprehensive recovery program, which is designed to span 90 days of active guidance within a six‑month period. Although the overall program is estimated to take one year and is divided into four distinct phases, the Free Membership is a standalone program, strictly limited to a six‑month timeframe. This limitation also helps us maintain smaller, more supportive cohorts.

  2. Member Responsibilities and Engagement

    • Monthly Engagement: Members must log in and engage with the available resources and support group at least once per month during the six‑month period.

    • Automated Reminders: Automated emails will be sent to encourage consistent participation. If a member does not log in within the first 15 days of any month, a reminder email will be sent. If the member remains inactive for 30 days, a pending cancellation email will be issued with a 72‑hour grace period to log in.

    • Cancellation Policy: Should the member fail to log in within the 72‑hour window (by day 33 of inactivity), the Free Membership will be canceled. Following cancellation, the member will be ineligible to re-register for 30 days. After this period, a single re‑registration attempt is permitted. If that attempt is canceled due to inactivity, the member will not be eligible to register again for the remainder of the calendar year.

  3. Membership Expiration and Completion

    • Completion of the Program: Upon expiration of the six‑month membership, members who have maintained the required engagement throughout the program will be considered to have successfully completed Phase 1.

    • Re‑Registration Limitation: Members are generally allowed only one re‑registration attempt for the Free Membership.

    • Extension Exception: In exceptional cases—if a member has actively engaged with the program (e.g., via participation in the support group or by communicating with our team) but feels they need additional time to complete their healing process—they may request a one‑time extension. Such an extension, if granted by our support team, will provide an additional three months of access. Requests will be evaluated on a case‑by‑case basis.

  4. Registration and Availability

    • Limited Cohort: Participation in the Free Membership is limited by available space to ensure a quality support environment.

    • First Come, First Served: Registration is offered on a first come, first served basis; no waiting list is maintained.

    • Alternative Registration: When registration for the Free Membership is closed, interested individuals may register for our Recovering with Grace subscription tier. Subscribers to this tier will gain access to all articles and will be notified by email when registration for the Free Membership reopens.

  5. General Disclaimer
While Wind Haven Foundation is dedicated to guiding and supporting your healing journey, participation in the Free Membership does not guarantee progress. Members are responsible for actively engaging in the program; we are here to facilitate and provide resources, not to compel or complete the healing process on your behalf.
