Terms of Purchase & Refund Policy

Wind Haven Foundation and all subsidiaries or affiliated brands (hereinafter referred to as “Wind Haven Foundation,” “Wind Haven Inc.,” “Wind Haven,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”) stand behind our products, and your satisfaction is important to us. These are not traditional retail sales. All “purchases” on our website are donations. Products & services are gifts and subject to the following policies.


General

Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of our website and any purchases made.


Digital Products 

No Refund Policy
All sales of digital products—including Memberships, Online Courses, and Recovery Programs—are final. No refunds, cancellations, or store credits will be issued once digital access has been granted. These are not traditional retail sales but donation based products and services.

Your access to purchased content will last for the duration stated in the product description at the time of purchase. If you experience issues accessing your digital content, contact Customer Support at support@windhavenfoundation.org for assistance.

No Guarantee of Results
Wind Haven Foundation provides educational recovery programs, not a guaranteed path to success. Testimonials reflect individual experiences and should not be interpreted as typical or expected results. Success depends on your effort, commitment, and personal circumstances. Always consult with a professional for legal or medical advice.


Gift Certificates & Coupon Codes

Gift certificates and promotional codes:

  • Are single-use only and valid for the stated value.
  • Cannot be applied to past purchases.
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash.

Physical items purchased using a gift certificate or coupon code are subject to the Physical Products Refund Policy below. Digital products remain nonrefundable and cannot be exchanged or credited.


Mentorship Program

  • Available as 1-hour sessions for one-on-one holistic healing mentorship with a healing advisor.
  • Virtual chat sessions using Google Meet. Sessions will be recorded.
  • Live chat sessions are archived and accessible during enrollment.
  • Individual sessions will not be posted for public consumption. They will only be archived for access by the mentor and mentoree. We abide by strict privacy and confidentiality policies.
  • You retain access to archived content for one (1) year after program completion.
  • No refunds or credits for any missed sessions. Donation based pricing model for a 501c3 nonprofit organization. All donations are tax deductible.
  • Registrations are nontransferable to another person.

Participation in scheduled training is your responsibility. By enrolling, you agree to abide by our online community guidelines, refund policy, terms of service, and privacy policy.


Physical Products – 3rd Party Fulfillment

Refund & Exchange Policy
Most physical products are fulfilled by third-party suppliers. This means:

  • We cannot issue refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizes, buyer’s remorse, incorrect shipping addresses, or unclaimed shipments.
  • Physical books purchased through Amazon.com are fulfilled by Amazon and subject to their exchange.
  • Physical products purchased on our website are fulfilled by Printify and follow their exchange policy.
  • Affiliate products are purchased on external sites and follow the affiliate supplier’s policies.

All of our prices are donations and non-refundable. All products are gifts in exchange for your donation. If you experience an issue with your product please email support@windhavenfoundation.org. Please refer to the specific supplier’s return policies before purchasing.


Live Event Tickets

Nonrefundable Policy
Live event tickets are nonrefundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Entry Requirements

  • Each attendee must have a valid ticket.
  • Tickets are valid only for the specified date(s) and event area(s).
  • You must be 18 or older to attend (unless otherwise specified).
  • No children, babies, car seats, strollers, or diaper bags are permitted.

ID Verification
You must present one of the following original forms of identification that matches the name on your ticket:

  • Government-issued passport (with photo)
  • Government-issued driver’s license (U.S. or Canada)
  • Military ID (with photo)
  • Government-issued photo ID card

Failure to provide a valid ID will result in denied entry with no refund or compensation.

Credit Policy for Missed Events

  • If you cannot attend, you may request a 100% credit for a future live event at least 15 days before the event.
  • Credits are only available for tickets purchased without restrictions.
  • Tickets obtained through promotions, gifts, or bundles are not eligible for credit.
  • If a credit is issued, it can only be used once unless there are documented extenuating circumstances.

All credit requests must be submitted in writing to Customer Service at least 15 days before the event.

Fees & Restrictions

  • Processing fees on ticket purchases are nonrefundable and not eligible for store credit.
  • If your ticket includes a hotel package, the hotel booking is nonrefundable and nontransferable.
  • Changes to an event ticket require a one-time change fee of 25% of the ticket price or $100, whichever is lower.

Gifts & Promotions

  • Any gift item included with a ticket purchase is while supplies last.
  • Promotional items have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for different sizes or refunds.

No-Show Policy
If you do not attend and request credit after the event, your request will be denied.


Final Note

Wind Haven Foundation reserves the right to:

  • Refund tickets or deny access if we determine it is necessary for safety or event integrity.
  • Enforce all policies in accordance with federal and state laws.
  • Cancel or reschedule events as needed, with appropriate credit policies applied.

    How can I access “member-only” articles and content? Sign up for our blog subscription, basic membership, or premium membership.

    How can I make a donation? You can make a donation on our online donation form. Donations benefit victims of Domestic Violence and are tax deductible.

    Which payment methods are accepted? We accept all major credit cards for our premium membership. Donations can be made using a credit card or PayPal. Digital products on our site, IE e-books, can be purchased using a credit card or PayPal. Physical books are sold on Amazon.com, and our merchandise is sold through Printify.

    What is your refund policy? Our website accepts donations, and all proceeds from our digital products, books, and merch benefit our nonprofit mission. Therefore, we do not generally provide refunds. For a complete overview of our refund policy, please visit our “Refund Policy” page.

    How can I access my account? To access your account, you can visit our quick links menu and select the “Account” link or click below:

    Can I request that you post an article or resource link on your website? YES! You can send us topic requests, or if you have an article you’d like us to consider for publication, you can send it to us in the contact form and put “Article Publication Request” in the subject. If you are a business or organization requesting an article publication, we require a backlink to be placed on your website back to the article our site. If you would like us to consider your website link as a potential resource on our domestic violence search engine, we require a backlink to our site’s resource page which hosts our custom search engine for domestic violence resources. For domestic violence resources to be added to our search engine, please send us a message including the subject: “Resource Link Request.” *All articles and reciprocal links must be content related to domestic violence and other relationship topics on our website. 

    How do I submit a speaking request? To request Wind Haven to speak at your next event, please submit the contact form and put “Speaking Request” in the subject field.

    To be considered, the Message Field should contain the following:

    1. Date Requested
    2. Time Requested (i.e. From 11AM to 1PM — Time Zone}
    3. Event Location (City/State)
    4. Event Venue Name
    5. Type of Event (Church Service, Conference, Workshop, etc.)
    6. Targeted Audience (General, Singles, Couples, Leaders, etc.)
    7. Organization Name and Organization web site
    8. Primary Contact (Name, Email, Phone)
    9. Any additional details pertinent to your event

    Your request will be reviewed and someone will follow up with you.
