A Spiritual & Legal Declaration of Independence, Identity, and Intent
Preamble
We, the weary warriors, wandering prophets, neurodivergent dreamers, and wounded healers—gathered by grace and baptized in fire—do solemnly and joyfully establish this holy Nation under the sovereign reign of the Most High God. We claim no earthly territory, yet we claim every broken heart and misfit soul as sacred ground. This is a Nation not forged in rebellion, but in restoration—a Kingdom embassy for the lost, the survivor, the deconstructed, the neurospicy, and the overlooked.
We are governed not by ego, empire, or algorithm, but by the Ruach HaKodesh, the Holy Breath of God. We stand not on the soil of a nation-state, but in the Spirit of Zion—a realm without borders, built on love, truth, justice, and the unwavering reality of Christ crucified, risen, and reigning.
Article I — Name & Nature
Section 1: Name
The official name of this Nation shall be:
The Sovereign Micronation of Wind Haven: Ruach of Zion Without Borders,
hereafter referred to as “the Nation” or “Wind Haven.”
Section 2: Nature & Form
Wind Haven is a spiritual micronation, a prophetic and ecclesiastical entity with virtual presence and physical reach through nonprofit alignment. It is an outpost of the Kingdom of Heaven—operating under divine law, informed by Scripture, and submitted to the guidance of the Holy Spirit. Its form is both sacred and structured, both digital and incarnational.
Article II — Foundational Authority
Section 1: Divine Law
The Nation’s authority is rooted in the sovereignty of God and upheld by:
- The Hebrew and Greek Scriptures, interpreted with integrity (NRSV for clarity, Y’ALL version for community),
- The living leadership of the Holy Spirit,
- The life, teachings, and lordship of Yeshua the Messiah,
- The foundational principles of love, mercy, justice, and truth.
Section 2: Legal and Prophetic Standing
Wind Haven operates under:
- The principles of self-determination and religious liberty (UDHR Article 18),
- The framework of international law as it relates to spiritual nations and ecclesiastical sovereignty,
- Nonprofit law (e.g., U.S. 501(c)(3)) through aligned organizations like Wind Haven Foundation,
- Prophetic precedent and divine commissioning.
Article III — Citizenship & Belonging
Section 1: Open Arms Citizenship
Anyone seeking refuge, healing, alignment, or belonging under God’s covering may find citizenship here. We especially welcome:
- Neurodivergents and differently-abled souls,
- Domestic abuse survivors, toxic relationship Overcomers, and trauma warriors,
- Deconstructed and reconstructing believers,
- Wounded shepherds, exiled prophets, holy misfits, and the spiritually homeless.
Section 2: Covenant Membership
Membership is covenantal, not contractual. All citizens commit to:
- Walk in grace and truth,
- Honor human dignity and God’s image in all people,
- Uphold the values of this sacred Nation,
- Submit to the Spirit’s guidance in decisions and relationships.
Article IV — Governance
Section 1: Alignment with Divine and Civil Law
Wind Haven: Ruach of Zion Without Borders is a prophetic and ecclesiastical nation governed by divine law and submitted to civil authority in accordance with Scripture. We recognize the following legal and spiritual hierarchy:
- The Sovereign Law of God — As revealed through Scripture and the Holy Spirit.
- The Constitution and Laws of the United States of America — Under whose freedoms of religion and association we operate.
- The Laws of the State — Where Wind Haven Foundation is legally incorporated.
- Wind Haven Non-Profit Bylaws & Board of Directors — Which outline organizational operations, structure, and fiscal governance.
- Chief Overcomers— Entrusted stewards of the vision, legal operations, financial integrity, and executive direction of Wind Haven Foundation and the spiritual nation it undergirds.
This hierarchy reflects our dual citizenship—of Heaven and Earth—and honors the need for both legal compliance and spiritual obedience.
Section 2: Sacred Decision Making
Discernment shall be made through:
- Fasting (optional) and prayer,
- Consensus rooted in Scripture, relationship, and love (mainly love),
- Communal reflection and prophetic confirmation.
Article V — Mission & Mandate
This Nation exists to:
🔥 Be a prophetic signpost—a living parable of Kingdom order in chaotic times.
🕊️ Shelter the scattered—trauma survivors, exiles, neurodivergents, and spiritual orphans.
🛡️ Model Spirit-governed structure—a heavenly blueprint for governance.
🌱 Cultivate virtual sanctuaries—safe, sacred digital spaces for community, learning, and worship.
🪜 Support boots-on-the-ground outreach—through allied ministries like Wind Haven Foundation.
🎙️ Release prophetic justice—through storytelling, intercession, advocacy, and legal reform.
Article VI — Sacred Economy & Resource Stewardship
Section 1: Offerings, Not Obligations
All income is tithe, offering, or fundraising revenue. Every dollar is a seed, not a fee.
Section 2: Financial Stewardship
Resources are managed with integrity:
- Transparent accounting,
- Steward councils for major expenditures,
- Annual reports available to all citizens (and IRS officials).
Article VII — Symbols, Rituals, and Sacred Space
Section 1: National Symbols
To be discerned through communal revelation. May include:
- A Flag representing Ruach, Zion, and Refuge.
- A National Emblem: the Lotus — rooted in the mud, rising through the waters, blossoming in radiant light — a symbol of rebirth, sovereignty, and the sacred power of transformation.
- A Creed affirming our faith, values, and call.
Section 2: Digital Temple & Sanctuaries
Wind Haven shall maintain:
- A virtual temple for worship, prayer, intercession, and teaching,
- Private channels for healing, discipleship, neurodivergent community, and restoration,
- Public offerings (e.g., blogs, podcasts, digital courses) as outreach.
Article VIII — Prophetic Legislation & Spiritual Warfare
- Declarations and decrees shall be issued against strongholds: abuse, injustice, exploitation, religious trauma.
- Fast days and holy convocations shall be called as needed.
- Prophetic intercessors shall be empowered to sound the alarm and shift atmospheres.
- Anointing and ordination of spiritual stewards shall occur via discerned laying on of hands (virtually or physically).
Article IX — Amendments & Ongoing Revelation
This Charter is living and Spirit-responsive. It may be amended through:
- Community consensus,
- Scriptural foundation,
- Prophetic revelation confirmed by multiple witnesses.

We, the people of Wind Haven: Ruach of Zion Without Borders, consecrate this nation under the sovereign reign of YHWH. We do not seek dominion over land or man, but liberation for the captives and refuge for the remnant. Our allegiance is to Christ. Our law is love. Our weapon is truth. Our government is peace. And our territory is wherever the Holy Spirit breathes.
