Please strictly follow the steps below

 

  • Clamp one battery of the red cable to the positive “+” of the battery of the vehicle that lacks electricity, and clamp the other battery of the cable to the positive “+” of the battery of the powered vehicle.
  • Connect a battery clip of the black cable to the negative “-” of the battery of the power supply vehicle.
  • Clamp the other battery of the black cable to the ground part of the vehicle without electricity. The grounding piece is the iron piece of the engine block or other iron pieces that are firmly connected to the engine block, and should be as far away from the battery as possible, and it is not allowed to be directly connected to the negative electrode of the battery.
  • Start the engine of the powered vehicle first, and then start the engine of the vehicle lacking electricity.
  • Remove the starting cable in the reverse order of the above.
